When visiting Italy, owner Frankie Cheek rode a Segway while on vacation. As fate would have it, Hurricane Katrina forced owners of the newly-formed Segway business to go back to Paris. Taking advantage of the ground work the previous Segway business developed, Frankie decided he wanted to help a city rich in history move forward while riding the most high-tech transporter available.
